Favorite Christine song from Behind the Mask

Time to vote for your favorite Christine McVie song from the Behind the Mask album.

"Save Me", "Skies the Limit" and "Behind the Mask" are your choices.

Poll closes in 4 days on Saturday.

Skies The Limit is one of the few songs on the album that I can stand. Maybe to do with the fact that I get territorial when Lindsey or Peter aren't involved lol. Definitely my two favourite Mac eras.

Behind The Mask

By far the best song on the entire album.

I had to chose Save Me... it's pure foot-tapping pop/rock goodness :D.

I really, really love the misty, ethereal Behind The Mask as well... but it's production verges on cheesy in a few spots. Mainly those monk-like backing vocals during the chorus. Why couldn't those just have been the unadulterated voices of the band instead? The song really is near perfect besides niggly little things such as that. I just adore the acoustic guitar work on this one especially.

I'd have to vote for "Do You Know", but it isn't eligible.

My god that was hard

In the end I went for Behind The Mask because I truly think it's one of Chris' best songs ever.

DO YOU KNOW!!!

Oh... I mean Save Me... or wait, Behind The Mask... maybe Skies the Limit...

I'll go with Save Me!

Save Me! I love the chorus, it's so bloody catchy.

Ok, so where is the "all the above" bullet?

yes, this time it's hard. I'd even vote for Do you know too, since she is co-author

Collaborations Update

I guess I didn't quite explain this but to just to let everybody know, since Behind the Mask has several songs that are collaborations, we will have a "Favorite Behind the Mask Collaboration" poll. So don't worry about not being able to vote for those duets and collaborations!

The title track is superb, but, really, "Save Me" shimmers. (As for "Skies"... I just can't get over the apostrophe catastrophe)

Poll Update

The poll closes tonight, still got time to vote.

Winner Update

With 10 votes, "Save Me" wins Favorite Behind the Mask Christine song.
