That was...strange, yet oddly awesome. Now, someone has seriously gotta try speeding up Mac songs (and I meant as in speeding it up while increasing the pitch at the same time)

Hahaha, that's oddly awesome. It sounds like they're all chanting some ancient language or something

GypsyBlueEyes 09-08-2010 09:37 AM

It is actually awesome...sounds kind of scary though

Play a 12" LP at 45rpm. No software needed

I've already done it with Rumours at 45 and 78. I swear, at both speeds, Stevie could be a Chipette

It just makes me want to use those old familiar words,

Witch, Witch, you're a witch!

:wavey:

Interestingly enough, to me anyhow, is that Fleetwood Mac sounds great backwards or forwards! Their harmony is beautiful and there is no denying the sound of the rhythm section, John & Mick in any language.

So.. Did you find a secret message? :]

There's also a reversed Rhiannon.

I don't know if anyone's tried this but once, by pure accident i was listening to my Rooms on Fire single and forgot to switch it to 45, Stevie sounds like Bruce Hornsby at 33rpm when she's supposed to be played at 45. i found this pretty funny.:D

Back, front, sideways..it;s amazing, no matter!!

I'd like to hear that. Reminds me of that one song by The Atlanta Rhythm Section, I think it is- that if you speed it up sounds like her- Imaginary Love is the name of the song.

I too hear what sounds like sing to her your name.
