Love Is -- up close and personal

The very beginning of this is missing, but I thought maybe some of you would like to see her expressiveness during this song.

I also have Rock and Roll up close that I will upload tomorrow.

I apologize in advance for the funky photography....what can I say?

Ugh, I will seriously donate a kidney for a video of Stevie this good from the Santa Barbara show. Great video though :) It's interesting to compare her performance here to the one at Santa Barbara.

Maybe I'm biased, although I'm only saying that as a disclaimer really :).... but I really think that Stevie's performance in Santa Barbara was even more intense. I think it was partially because the event was for the little girl, partially because it was the first show of the tour, and partially because the audience was extremely into the performance. That last theory is especially fun for me because, as I've said before, I really think she was looking down at me occasionally during that song, especially since I was a bawling train wreck and kinda hard to miss.

At the end of "Love Is" at Santa Barbara, she made a statement about getting emotional. She said that she was on the verge of tears and that the song always got her emotional. It was magical.

Right On!!! I keep saying this as well, and I was at the Tahoe show!!! The Santa Barbara performance of Love Is is way better!! And no viedo of it!!

Its the little things like the hand movements: at the SB show the " one tear fell to the the floor" at this show her hand followed the tear all the way down!! Way cool!

I know- I just want to do some smudging. :) She's so stunning and totally doesn't need such an odd dramatic...crease(?).

I admit when I was thisclose during my first edge, I was taken aback, maybe even frightened briefly. However, I have since learned the heavyhanded application is for stage-type appearances; those in rafters would well be disappointed not to see definition in her eyes. I have seen Ms. Nicks in her everyday natural eye, as I am sure most have...even underneath it all, she is beautiful beyond belief.

Justdreamin, would it be possible for you to adjust/edit the video settings on your youtube to allow for mobile viewing?

"Also, the three...the child, the beginning, the creative...I am making a new record..."

WTF is she talking about?

I do believe she was nervous in wanting to share something personal and was actually interrupted when the crowd erupted over the mention of record, perhaps flustered in wanting to express herself, shy with fumbled finish/counting and beaming happy.

IMO below is what I suppose she was after

1) child: the beginning
2) creative: the new record
3) ?
