Stevie Just Posted a Hand-written Letter to Us on Nicksfix!
 

I wanted to post this before I start analyzing...

First thought: And then God said "Let There Be Stevie!" lol.

I love her so much, it's not even funny. I love the way she puts "Twitter" in quotes. I love the way she says she doesn't facebook.

AND I LOVE THAT SHE CONFIRMED THERE'S GOING TO BE NEW MUSIC.

WOW...I honestly haven't even read it yet, but it's great that her official website is finally getting with the program!!

YES!!! This is the news I have been waiting for - something that has actually come from Stevie about working with Dave Stewart. Until I heard it from her I was taking everything with a pinch of salt. I'm still not holding my breath for a guess on when the music will be released (she can take her time, as we know!) but this gives me a lot of confidence that we will in fact see a new album sometime "soon" - whatever soon means...

And I don't TWEET

Is it just me, or is she starting to understand the fan community a little better? She gets that we "know she doesn't have a computer," that we would know the twitter page wasn't hers, that without an announcement, we already know about the new music and that, and this is my favorite, Karen is just Karen to us, not Karen Johnston.

Hurrrhurr, there's a whole load somewhere around here. Comes out once in a while.

This is all the more reason I adore this woman! She's so cute! The part when she mentions that we were smart enough and figured it out- makes me wonder if she ever hears about our discussions here on the Ledge!! :)

Anywho, great to see this from her- Today none the less!!

Can i just say how much I love the fact that she actually hand wrote a note to us? So much more personal than a 10 word tweet. Not that I want Dave to stop tweeting us on their status. I just hope she gets inspired to reach out to us more!!

Yay! That letter got me so excited...I love handwriten Stevie notes. Seeing her stationary before reading her letter is like seeing her decordated mic stand before she comes out to sing! And she's so adorable...and when I read the part about the music....I got chills and had a *gasp*... I'm so excited and happy with this all.

Has anyone sent this drama to Perez Hilton yet? Be cool to have him do another Stevie post

Aw, that's too cute. It's sorta nice to have something from Stevie that she's working on new music, too.

It would be even more cool if Perez Hilton never did another post period. :laugh:
