Lindsay Lohan

Well, I thought someone would start a thread about her, about how she's supposed to go to jail for 90 days. I don't think she's going to serve the whole 90 days. I actually felt sort of sorry for her when she was there crying, but I hope any time in jail will help her realize that she needs help. Maybe she'll straighten out now.

Lee :(

She had f*ck u written on one of her nails. Doubt it.

I felt sorry for her until it dawned on me -- she's.an.actress.

GODDESS6 07-07-2010 02:15 PM

lindsay is a complete moron~ what does she expect?~ her crying in front of the judge lying that she thought she was in compliance made me giggle~

then showing up w/ F U on her nails & did ya notice she kept using that finger to wipe under her eye? does she think we are as dumb as she is?~

i am glad she is going to jail & rehab~ she needs to before she kills herself or someone else~ she obviously hasn't learned anything from the situation, even after being given many chances~ she's not that old & she looks so aged it's pathetic~

& seriously what career?, i mean lately, WTF has she been doing besides partying?~ she is a far cry from the girl i thought was so good in 'mean girls'~

also isn't there some big birthday bash scheduled for her in some big nightclub, is she going to show?~ i'd hope for her sake not, but she isn't following a smart road right now~ i don't buy the whole "this is awake-up call for me" BS she was spewing~ she got caught & spoiled little girl wanted her way once again~ kudos to the judge~ tho i don't see it happening, i don't think lindsanity has reached her rock bottom, i do hope this does wake her up~ i mean look what jail did for robert downey jr?, it can be done~

I'd be suprised if she serves more than 10 days.

they were saying non violent female jailers usually only serve 25% of their sentence~ i want her to serve it all, but would be satisfied if it weren't minutes like all the other 'starlets' ~ i am hoping too that the 90 day inpatient rehab is exactly that 90 days, no less~

It doesn't matter, let's not pretend she's going to ~learn~ from this...

SapphireSister 07-07-2010 04:11 PM

The sentence was too harsh.

uhm ok~ she has 2 dui's one from when she was under age right?~ also failed drug tests~ & what about driving erratically w/ passengers in the car who wanted out, & she wouldn't let them~ she also said she's a celeb, she can do whatever she wants~ & now she is thumbing her nose at the courts~ girlfriend needs a real wake up call or a good ass whoopin'~

sadly the sentence was too light~

At least she got a jury of her peers.

The bad news?

They were all Stevie Nicks fans.

Considering there are several people recently in California that have been convicted of vehicular manslaughter (alcohol related) and did NO jail time, this was harsh. I just think they are using her as an example but I stick by my opinion that 3 months is too much.

She's not gonna learn anything, and one day they'll find her dead in her bathroom. Sad but probably true.

i get what you're saying, actually lived it~ my grandfather was killed on his harley by a drunk driver who served no time~ doesn't make it right tho & if these a-holes actually had to serve the time that the law states, lindsay included, people wouldn't take stuff like this so lightly~

still her sentence wasn't too light IMO~

I think she needs to serve time for the repeated dui's, but I will never understand this country's obsession with filling our prisons with nonviolent drug offenders. I have no interest in my tax money going to punish you into "recovery." Let Lindsay live her life. As long as she isn't hurting anyone (and again, I did say she should serve for the dui's), who really cares how she spends her free time? She has the money for recovery. If she wants it, she'll get it. If she doesn't, she won't. Either way, it's her life and her choice.

then why doesn't lindsay & other people w/ the means as you say, get an effin' driver if they want to party?~ party til you drop i don't care, but don't get behind the wheel, that should be of concern~ & why lie?, when the drug test says she was under the influence of coke?~ when she was arrested for one of the duis & had the coke in her pants, she was first saying how they were her favorite pants, but when the coke fell out, & all of a sudden she 'borrowed' the pants & was being set up:rolleyes:~

if she's a big girl & can handle her alcohol & drugs as she'd have us believe, then take responsibility like a big girl when you get caught~
