Rolling Stone Writer Visits Stevie in the Studio

Nickslive reported that Rolling Stone and Huffington Post writer David Wild payed Stevie a visit in the studio today. Here is his tweet:

"Okay going into the studio to see Stevie Nicks today. I'll ask her the best question you send me . . . now."

And here's the Nickslive post:

So, could he be putting an article together about Stevie's comeback album?

Wow, that's great news. His TISL interview with her came out exactly 9 years ago on this very day.

You are just the best source of news! What's your secret?

I'd have to think this is an interview regarding the upcoming album... why else would he ask people for questions? Looks like we might just finally hear from the horse's mouth that Nicks is working on a new album! :blob2:

Okay since my tennis game was rained out: there are lots of ghosts, vampires on Stevie Nicks' upcoming album, but mostly stunning songs.

and

Stevie collaborates with some old friends in new ways. The result so far is powerful & deeply personal. There's blood on these tracks.

My favorite tweets so far. I'm hearing mystical but not trite, and when Stevie Nicks walks that line well, she puts out her best work.

Album title should be: There Will Be Blood

That's what happens once you're unleashed.

I think a perfect title would be Twilight. Yes, there is the obvious tie-in with the vampire movies. But it's so perfect for her since she has always given off the aura of twilight- that mystical battle between light and dark. And now she is in the likely twilight of her career, if not her life. She will not go quietly into the night, so she is going to rock the shizz out of her dusk.

Between @DaveStewart and Waddy Wachtel on guitars, the new Stevie Nicks material rocks, on a number of levels.

Jesus.... think of all the 40 year old women with 5 cats, living in trailer homes who dedicate their virginity to the "hunks" of the Twilight movies that are going to be standing in line to buy Stevies new album! Not to mention the retarded 14 year old tweens and teenagers who will purchase anything with the words Twilight on it. It is marketing genius!
