GO GERMANY!! World Cup 2010
 

So being a first generation German-American in my family, we are following Germany's performance in the World Cup with definite interest. After they destroyed Argentina and their loud-mouthed overrated coach Diego Maradona, I believe now the German team will win their first World Cup since 1990 and 4th overall. Spain is next up for the German team, making I believe their first ever semi-final appearance in WC play. THe Netherlands plays Uruguay in the other semi-final match. Should be interesting!

I don't care if it's the World Cup, Euros, or a meaningless friendly, I always root for Germany to lose. Hopefully Spain or the Netherlands kick their ass.

NETHERLANDS all the way. No connection to the country or the team, but, uh, I kinda want them to win.:cool:

YAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY!!!!! I'm all with ya, David :D :D. Spain's gonna be an easy thing after we beat England & Argentina into DA GROUND! The Spanishs played such a lame game against Paraguay last night...phhhh.
But, yes, when I think about it, I like the Netherlands team. They're so funny with the orange shirts and the funny names... Then again, I'm always up for the party whoever wins. In fact I just came home from partying all night and day :woohoo:.

I know! If Paraguay had had ANY offense at all, they could have taken them. I'm torn, though. My heart's rooting for Germany...but Spain means a much bigger party :laugh: I guess I'll find out who I want to take it all on Wednesday.

I'm for Germany, 'cause if they win, Serbia will officially be the only team who beat them, and that's way too cool :cool:

I mean, during this particular World Cup. Seriously ! (what? anyone else beat them?)

Yes, definitely rooting for Germany in this one- I am a quarter German!

:lol: i'm not scared ! Come on ! I'm just telling the facts. The great English team lost (Did i mention it was 4-1. 4-1. 4-1.?), and Serbia won. Serbia guys. As much as i love my country, they suck. Footballistically speaking, i mean :laugh:. (okay, then Australia beat us but that's off topic !).
