Hohner Combo Pianet
 

Here's the Hohner Combo Pianet being demonstrated on YouTube. The Combo Pianet was the main stage piano Chris McVie used all the way up through the end of the 1978 summer tour of stadiums. These beasts went out of production in 1977, so Chris switched to a new Yamaha electronic piano for the 1979 Mac tour. You can hear Chris play this instrument on some tracks on "Fleetwood Mac Live": Say You Love Me, Dreams, Don't Let Me Down Again, Rhiannon. She also plays it on the Midnight Special 1975-76 Rhiannon.

It certainly has that "fat" sound Lindsey once said it did in an interview. I could listen to that instrument all day. Very warm.

Such a cool piece of equipment. Would love something like this!
