More computer problems
Sorry, I hate being a pain, but ever since I took my computer into the shop to have them remove a Rootkit, I've been having some minor problems. Maybe someone can help me out because I can't figure out why this is going on.
When I plug in my iPod, usually iTunes will come up automatically. Instead now, this message comes up, "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive E. Cancel / Try again / Continue." I always hit "Cancel", then bring up iTunes manually & then it will update alright. I don't understand why it it won't come up anymore automatically & I do not have "Enable Disk Use" checked. Also not working, I can't transfer my pictures from my digital camera to the computer. The software comes up, but for some reason will not continue on, that is, the box for it just gets stuck & I wind up having to restart the computer. Should I un-install & re-install my software for this or maybe just re-install again? I'd appreciate any help that you can offer for these problems. Thanks, Lee :distress: |
