Speaking of concerts... Simon and Garfunkel

I am beyond thrilled to be able to take my mother to see Simon and Garfunkel at the Xcel Center in St Paul on May 8. My mom an I are very close and she used to play their records when I was a baby and I still remember hearing my favorite song of theirs Scarborough Fair when I was 3 years old. I got the tickets as a mother's day present. We have seen them together once before in St Paul back in 2003. This is a really big deal for me I cant wait!!:)

I remember wanting to go to this concert, but I left the ticket buying until three days after the release, and the only seats left were $250 and $350 each... sadly, I skipped the show. :distress:
When it came to FM, however, I didn't hesitate to instruct mum to fly us both to Brisbane to see the show (we would be in New Zealand when they would play at Melbourne), which certainly cost a bundle! But it was so wonderful, I would've happily paid for both the plane trips and tickets were I not a uni student paying fees up-front!
In any case, enjoy the performance David! They really are a fantastic duo! (And please tell me all about "The Boxer" after you've seen it - I love that song so much...)

I saw them the last time that they toured in Atlanta. It was a terrific show. You won't be disappointed.
