Looking for a Stevie quote.

I know in some article, Stevie was talking about music and the state of the world and she said something to the effect of listening to music will world?? I wish I could be more specific, but I can't for the life of me remember what the quote was. Does anyone remember what she said??

I don't know the quote you are looking for. However, on (I guess all) of the CV shows, and at my show in 08 she ended the show saying something like, "Buy records, listen to the radio, play music. The music business is in bad trouble so do your part to save it, alright?" She also said, and I can't remember if this was at my 07 or 08 show that in her times of darkness music has already helped her, so maybe if we all listen to more music "maybe peace will return to our land!" I guess that last part is something along the lines of what you are looking for.

You are right. I remember Stevie saying it at the end of the 08 Jones Beach show that I was at, I don't remember it in o7 but definitely in o8.

maybe this...

"We still feel like Fleetwood Mac have a lot to give to the world. In this time of trouble and turmoil, I think the world needs Fleetwood Mac."

Ahh you are on the right track! But the quote isn't completely similar, but very, very close!

Found it!!!

"Music has always helped me through the dark times in my life, so listen to the radio, dance in the streets, buy records - save the music business! - and maybe we'll be able to bring peace to our earth."
~Stevie Nicks
