I'm Baaaack!
 

Hello to all of my former fellow Ledgies and future ones that I can't wait to meet! I've been gone for nearly 3 years now and quite a 3 years it's been! I encountered some personal hardships starting back in 2006 and pretty much had to take a break from everything Stevie (details to follow). But that's all in the past now and the important thing is that she never left my soul. I'm finally ready to return to my Stevie community and am looking forward to getting to know all of you and the endless discussions to be had about our favorite girl, Stevie Nicks. Our love and admiration for her is such a special bond that we all share and I am so thrilled to be a part of this community once again.

OMG! I wondered what happened to you! I think the reason you stuck in my mind was when you posted a picture of yourself and you looked so striking. It is depressing when people drift away (unless they're a-holes). Good to have you back.

Ha ha we're the same age in Ledgie years! I remember you. Great to see you again. It is sad when people drift away but it's just the nature of the universe. People come and go and their lives take many different twists and turns. Unfortunately my departure was not by choice. I can't imagine ever "getting over" Stevie but at times she is more prevalent in my life than others due to timing and circumstances ya know?

Hi Lorraine, nice to meet you. I actually composed a 2 page long post with my story but didn't end up posting it because it's quite personal so I sent this more general one instead. I saved the post and maybe once I get to know everyone a little more I'll be comfortable enough to post it.

Welcome back. Unfortunately things have changed since you've been away.
Though a few still love Stevie, most on the board have replaced her with Shelby
Lynne. David (the genius) behind the scenes has worked with Michele to turn
this site into a SHELBY ONLY site. Right now things are going according to plan.
The Ledge transformation should take place by the end of March 2010.

We Ledgies are planning on having a CD burning party, old schools can bring their
vinyl to burn. Carrie is setting this up and getting clearance from local authorities.
As you can imagine it's going to be a big fire. And in the spirit of this event, Ledgie
ILoveFM is going to start the fire by using her Peyton Manning jersey.

As you can see things are going to get splashy around here.
