Would you let Stevie cut\color your hair?

Maybe after a bottle of wine.

I'd give it a go.

Thank you for sharing this! I had only ever seen a quick version of this in the past. This video was fun!

This is fantastic! When was this? I'm not sure if I would let Stevie color my hair, but the woman's red hair actually looked pretty good.

Hahahaa that was great! When was this exactly? Lookin' kind of similar to the Red Rocks hair...?

gypsy4life 02-22-2010 11:17 PM

Wow! Stevie did great. I'd let her do mine.

April 23 1987, the Red Rocks re-takes were shot a couple weeks earlier as was the Big Love video.

absolutely! it looked so great! i would love some fire engine red streaks in my hair but mommy won't let me :(

I would have maybe in the 70's or early 80's...not so sure about this time frame...looks like late RAL early 87 TITN.......this craziness suits her as a rock star but for us everyday Joes IDK....I would have liked her to give me the Rumours Shag with a lavender streak!

holidayroad 02-23-2010 09:14 AM

I would let her do my hair only if she absolutely promised to not do the style she had in the TITN years (1987-1988). I think that's her worst hair years. In fact, the hair she had in this video is a perfect example of what I'm talking about.

thanks for posting this i had never seen the entire thing...
this was early 87, i remember it was originally aired on Entertainment Tonight or one of those shows like that and they only showed a few quick clips from it. i have it on vhs somewhere...
And the way it was shown back then, i always thought that the first lady Stevie had in the chair, and the second lady with the dark red hair were the same...before and after. obviously not so.

I saw it on Entertainment Tonight as well and I thought the same as you, that the first girl was the one Stevie dyed red!!! By the way, I like your avatar!

In today's age...yes. Considering Stevie's hairstyle has changed and I'm sure what kinda hair styles she thinks are cool compared to back in the day. LOL

I recall going to a Stevie show in So. Cal. around this time and saw (Eber is that his name:shrug: LOL) walking into the concert right in front of us.

Cool. You are correct, his name is Jose Eber.

"I love my color..."

(silence all around her, Stevie tries to walk away)

"Don't you?"
