Can you do a report on LB for World History?? lol! I wrote a term paper in college titled 'Lindsey Buckingham and His Commercial Effect on Fleetwood Mac'. This was in 1992, after he had left FM. I received a B+!

I did a report on Sonny Bono's solo album Inner Views when I was in college. We had to get our paper approved by the teacher first and he told me he didn't think I would have much material, but I proved him wrong. Everyone else was doing their paper on the Beatles.

I did like Fleetwood Mac when I was in college, but I never thought to write about them at the time.

Great subject matter! Well, it's probably good that our instructor didn't want to know our topics beforehand. He probably would have laughed at me.

For AP English III for a final project we had to do a research paper on anything we wanted, and of course I did it on Fleetwood Mac. That was 3 years ago, and my FM knowledge has at least tripled by now, but I still received an A :D

I did the same exact thing in 9th grade for my iSearch english paper..I had to write two poems, one original and one found poem. For the found poem i used this article about Fleetwood Mac being the biggest soap opera in history and i used that for my title (The Biggest Soap Opera In Rock and Roll History) and for the found poem i used Angel, Songbird, and Tusk. the title of that one was The Deranged Circus. They both turned out really good and i got an A+ on both (do they even give us +'s anymore). This project is what made me fall in love with all of them. I can probably find the Deranged Circus one but I the other one has long been lost =[

Yeah, this picture of my FM fav member get's an A. However, I'm always strangely attracted to Christine's photo in my signature, which get's an A+. Thus, your Lindsey photo is only the second best picture ever...

Kind of OT but...

I can't remember what class it was-probably some writing course- but in undergrad I wrote a paper explaining why Plastic Ono Band by John Lennon was probably the most powerful, soul-bearing, and testimonial album ever created, and I totally got an A on it.*

*I think the professor was a Lennon fan. ;)

But seriously...that album is a work of art. I'm all for papers on the greatness of an artist or a work of art. It's SO much more compelling when you believe it yourself, though you have to word it in a way that doesn't sound completely biased.

If I was writing a paper now I would totally choose LB's Out of the Cradle as best album ever. And I would make sure to toot his horn.
