Now that Stevie and Taylor have done a duet together....

I bet Lindsay Lohan is absolutely fuming! She must have turned green by now.

I'm suprised that she hasn't posted on Twitter or something about how she could have done a better job than Miss Swift.

GODDESS6 02-10-2010 08:44 AM

lololol, she is too busy posting about being a hoarder now~

She probably would have done a better job than Miss Swift. Plus Stevie DID speak well of A Prairie Home Companion.

This thread just made me laugh out loud
At least something good came of it!

Edith Bunker could've done a better job than "Miss (not so) Swift".

Taylor Swift Defended By Naomi Judd
Published Wednesday, 10th February, 2010 at 2:12 PM

Taylor Swift has herself a big fan in the form of popular country artist Naomi Judd - who has jumped in to defend the singer's recent Grammys performance.

After being criticized for her singing during her stage collaboration with Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks, Judd has since praised Taylor in a letter to the editor of The Tennessean.

Naomi described the 'Love Story' starlet as being a "dazzling performer" and also applauded Swift for introducing country music "to a music-much-welcomed younger demographic."

As for the Grammys set, the country star added: "Having sung many times at the Grammys, I can tell you that the stress and anxiety of performing in front of the world's top artists in every genre of music is tortuous for even the most seasoned singer.

Taylor's label boss also defended her performance, blaming techinical issues.

She's probably too coked up to give one.
:p

I'm not trying to defend Taylor,But ,I think she was stressed out and nervous, also not enough rehearsal time for her to get it down pat and good.I blame that on the Grammy producers.also she did say Stevie is one of her idols, that probably made her even more nervous.I know you guys probably kill me for saying this, but I would give Taylor a second chance with Stevie on a tune that Taylor can carry in her range.CMT Crossroads sounds good.

Ha ha, I'm glad. I like making people laugh.

Lindsay's probably furious enough to hire a hitman for Taylor.

I have been waiting to hear a country perspective, i knew you would deliver, and i agree. Taylor swift did a great job with Def Leppard on crossroads. (No really, she did)

The Grammys wasn't a one time anomaly, she's been pitchless on numerous occasions. Sure, while taping CMT CROSSROADS she gets "do overs" until she gets it right. On LIVE TV (and in concert, from what I've read) she fails miserably.

Well, she must be always stressed out & nervous because this is like the second time that I seen her sing live & she was off-key then. I'm just saying... Nah, I wouldn't give her a second chance. I've rather see Stevie sing with Lady Gaga or Pink. They can sing.

Lee :)
