Each time I see a show where the characters go to London, they show the Big Ben, the Parlament, the Tower Bridge, etc. and play a song, kind of a march, a popular song I've always heard. Does anybody know what's the name? I'm not talking about God save the Queen, it's a more popular march.

I would guess Rule, Britannia is what you're hearing.

That would be my guess--it's a patriotic song and unofficial national anthem. Here is a clip:
