Mick Fleetwood just returned from a vacation in Bora Bora and flew to Cleveland to surprise Christine McVie and Bob Welch. Christine was touring with Bob Welch as a surprise guest singer on "Sentimental Lady."

Well, I now have a visual of what would happen if they had fired Lindsey on the Tusk tour...

On this 1978 tour (between "Rumours" & "Tusk"), Bob Welch opened for Fleetwood Mac at the JFK Stadium gig in Philadelphia. Did he open just that one gig?

I know he opened for Mac a few times in 1977, including one show where he did "Hypnotized" with them during their own set. I think we even have that on tape, don't we?

He should have opened for Mac in 1979, when his album "Three Hearts" was out, instead of that Danny Douma & the Night Eyes act.

Hey Steve!!!! Long time no see! Maybe these pics were taken during Lindsey's spinal tap!?!?

That was my thought as well..
