Birmingham 3/11/09

I'm excited !!!!
Hoping its as good as last week in Manchester.
Hoping for Silver Springs tho I don't really expect to get it :(
Hoping I can get right under Stevie's mike again!

Mac_Villain 11-03-2009 04:20 AM

I cannot explain how excited I am for tonight

steve.uk 11-03-2009 04:23 AM

I knew I couldn't be the only one !
Have you seen them before?

Gypsy-Rhiannon 11-03-2009 06:50 AM

I'll be there too and also hoping to get close to the front

steve.uk 11-04-2009 05:54 AM

Well, it's now Wednesday and I'm still on a high. I was a bit worried after how good Manchester was that this would disappoint, BUT I needn't have worried!
It was even better, tho I wouldn't have believed it could have been. Stevie seemed really into it, lots of little smiles and interaction with those of us lucky enough to be under her mike. No handshake this time, unfortunately, but you can't have everything!

As predicted, no Silver Springs, but she really blew me away again with GDW and Stand Back. Rhiannon was better, especially the end part, and she really went for it on Sara, landslide and Storms. Took a few pics which I'll try and post later (I'm at work at moment!).

It was good to meet a couple of folk who I recognised from manchester too - great to share the evening again with you guys.

I'm sad that that's the end of the tour for me, and insanely jealous of those going to Wembley Friday. Maybe I'll just have to go down anyway and see if I can get a decent ticket outside - the last two shows have probably spoiled me for being anywhere other than at the front though!

Roll on a new album, the tour we'll need to promote it and Stevie coming for a mega solo tour to the UK - well, I can dream can't I???

Yes, that's the one. I've already booked tickets - Front Row Centre, for the Cuckooland Arena, with special meet and greet before the show and full backstage access! :p

I had a great night too. Even though I had a 10th row ticket on Stevie's side when they started letting people up we just walked down to the front. I stood to the right of Lindsey opposite the girls

I did and she loved it. It was her choice that we stand by lindsey. Still no luck getting a guitar pic though! lol
