Little Lies sampled...twice
 

a song by Frankmusik samples Little Lies...but producer Will.i.am (from Black Eyed Peas), apparently took that song and pretty much pulled a Halo/Already Gone and also used it for Cheryl Cole's song.

Sampling really irks me... nobody gets properly thanked imo... I remember when Destiny's Child won some award for Bootylicious and said somthing like "This would never have happened without Michael Jackson" and I was just shocked that they thanked MJ who did nothing at all and didnt mention Stevie

I agree! That's pretty harsh considering when the song came out, everyone went mad about the guitar riff saying how cool it was!

Ha, Tinchy Stryder goes to my uni in London. Don't really reckon much to either of these though tbh.

Although, that said I do love a bit of Destiny's Child/Beyonce and Girls Aloud! :D

Apparently Will.I.Am is a fan of the Mac. It might be a little bit of a stretch but does the beginning sound familiar? I saw someone mention this somewhere online.

I used to be a huge fan of BEP but they've been terrible since Fergie joined and they decided to go pop.

This Black Eyed Peas song definitely has a "Hold Me" beginning sound! I've also noticed a lot of 'Prince' sound to their music lately.

J, I can definitely hear the sample in the Cole video but I didn't pick up on it in the first vid. Did I not listen long enough? Or loud enough?
