"IWant My Freedom" - Dreams Question
 

Dear Ledgies,

I have a dreams question. Once upon a time, I had a mix tape my Stevie-friend made for me, which contained a live version of dreams where Stevie sings at the beginning, "Now here I go again, I want my freedom..."

I remember Stevie's voice sounding older. Can you please help me? Where can I find this beautiful version of "Dreams"?

I know that I have a live version of her singing "Dreams" where she says that... can't remember for the life of me a) what year/show it was or b) if it was solo or with FM.
I'll try to do some digging around because it's gonna bug me!!

*EDIT: I found the one that I was talking about - not sure if it's from the same show you're thinking of. From the Wild Heart tour stop in Landover.

She sings, "Now here I go again, I see, I want my freedom" so it's not the exact lyrics that you had up... not sure if it's what you're talkin' about?

She did that a lot, based on our recordings. It's also that way on Dallas July 1978 audio. I think it's just brain fart.
