Help with Youtube

I have a video clip on my digital camera that is around 13 mins and 25 seconds and I am trying to upload it on Youtube but it is rejecting it saying that clips have to be under 10 mins. How can I cut the clip in half since it is essentially two songs performed one after the other.

You can edit it in window's movie maker. Or you could also upload it veoh.com
