I'd never seen these before. I made a composite of the two shots.

Not only is that Tusk tour, but it's late Tusk tour -- August or possibly June in Europe.

The clues are: the hair, the neck, the makeup, the tooth necklace, the stage lighting, & the position of the cymbals.

The neck? :shrug:

Ok, I LOVE the red dress and necklace... but WOW, she looks like she'd just been on a year and a half long marathon coke binge :distress: .

Her neck is thinner = weight loss? I don't know. People still talk about this big drop in her weight during the Tusk period, and I don't really see it. :o It's hard to tell when someone is wrapped in layers of chiffon and shawls!

See, I can see it. She always says about "Sisters of the Moon" where she looked in the mirror and she was all pale and thin, but I think that happened towards the end of the "Tusk" tour. I can't find the picture I want, but here's a couple where I think the weight loss is obvious -

She's probably only about half a stone lighter than usual, but it's so obvious because she's small and was pretty light then anyway.

I just can't tell what year it is by looking at someone's neck. I'm good, but I'm not that good!

Hmm. I can see it a bit more now in these photos, especially the top. Someone here had said Stevie said she weighed 90 lbs at one point, but I think that was typical Stevie exaggeration.

I can't even tell :mad: It's hard because her face has always been sort of thin and oval, no matter what her weight. That, and her hair is overwhelming her in that picture. :laugh:

Wow--this has turned into the anorexic period in Stevie's life thread, haha.

I gotta hand it to Stevie though--even at her heaviest, she was never a slobby kind of fat that some women become. Or, for example, Anne Wilson was a different kind of chunky than Stevie was, imo. She's carried her thickness and thinness well, I think.

Oh--there we go--just more proof how amazing Stevie Nicks is and how much she is going to love me when she retires and finally buys a computer and becomes a member of The Ledge....because....if you aren't Stevie Nickin' the world, you might as well read about yourself.

Well Stevie, when that time comes, I was always positive about you girl, with your super fly hot self! Call me!

Stevie has almost always been attractive no matter her weight. The only time she looked really rough was the Street Angel period (think that red carpet event with the frizzy, greying hair and Clinton's inauguration), and even she would admit to not being happy with her weight then.
