Friend dressed as stevie
 

Hey guys, I was at a cancer benefit not to long ago and one of my good friends dressed up as stevie and offered to take pictures with people to raise money for cancer, I thought she made a pretty good stevie. what do you guys think?

The hair and dress are spot on IMHO...but I guess a black dress isn't the most difficult thing in the world to replicate. Still...very cool of her to do this all in the name of fundraising.

awesome idea she looks fabulous darling awesome idea to help raise money for cancer. I lost my ex-bf a little over a month ago from Melonoma skin cancer he was only 47 years old. and My partner dad died from Prostate cancer 2 years ago cancer has touched my life in alot of ways I can go on and list family and friends who have died and survived as well from all types of cancers. Your Friend looks great and gorgeous just like Stevie and to have a beautiful heart and do this for charity is awesome thanks for posting and sharing.

You all are very kind. I'm actually the lady in the picture. Thanks for all the good feedback, it was such a fun night. Chris and I met a woman who had Stevie tattooed on her back, from the Bella Donna days. What a dedicated fan. She also has a cup Stevie drank from. . . I dunno if I'd go that far or not (well, maybe I just don't want to admit that I would! :p ) I think we all know someone that battled with cancer. We know Stevie certainly has. No matter if the battle is "won" or "lost" it touches and inspires you. I like to think some of Stevie's pieces were inspired by the brave people in her life who fought cancer.
