Soundstage Billboard Position

Soundstage entered the Billboard 200 chart @ # 47. It has been on the chart for 1 week, so they show that as it's peak position as well. For a live album, this is a very strong entering position. They have this listed in many categories as well, Top Internet Albums it entered at # 47, and is currently # 5; Top Rock Albums, entered and is @ # 15; & Billboard Comprehensive Albums is @ # 48 (It's entering #). I would also recomment anyone who listens to local internet live radio, to use the stations website to request "Crash". There is a local one I listen to here at work in Orange, CA that plays classic rock, and they play Crash at least 2 times a day.....very cool!

How did it chart this week (week #2)?

Jondalar 04-16-2009 06:16 AM

Live in Chicago has dropped to #2, so that means she still had a good week on the music DVD chart. However, it looks like the CD has dropped out of the Top 100 to #147. Ouch!

MacMan 04-16-2009 07:30 AM

It's actually #146

Jondalar 04-16-2009 07:33 AM

It's says 147 on her chart. So how many copies did it sale? More importantly, how many copies did the DVD sale?

MacMan 04-16-2009 07:38 AM

Don't know about the DVD - but the cd 4,908

Jondalar 04-16-2009 07:42 AM

That's pretty bad. I hope it encourages her to release some new material.

I walked into Wood Ranch Restaurant yesterday in Anaheim Hills, & they were playing "Landslide" from the CD. I could tell because it had the violins & cellos on it.

You never quit with the negativity, do you?

I think they're both equally important.

Here is the link, http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/esear...04%2F25%2F2009
It dropped from the 1st week @ 47 to the 2nd week @ 147....This is why Crash needs airplay. This shows basically her hardcore fan base buying, now to keep the # up, the general public needs to step in...
