Peter Green: What is "Trouble In Mind"?

Does anyone know what this is? The release date is 02/01/09, but I suspect it's some kind of re-release:

Trouble In Mind 4:13 Peter Green, Ian Stewart, Charlie Hart, Charlie Watts (of The Rolling Stones), Brian Knight

Trouble In Mind - Single (iTunes)

You're correct, it's a track from Brian Knight's album "Dark horse", which was recorded in 1980. Peter played om 4 tracks, including Trouble in mind.
