Gift Of Screws, Sound & Vision

Sound & Vision an audio video magazine
released their top ten albums of 2008.
They are as follows:

1. My Morning Jacket - Evil Urges.
2. Drive By Truckers - Brighter Than Creation's Dark.
3. Fleet Foxes - Fleet Foxes.
4. Metallica - Death Magnetic.
5. Joe Jackson - Rain.
6. Kaiser Chiefs - Off With Their Heads.
7. Death Cab For Cutie - Narrow Stairs.
8. Lindsey Buckingham - Gift Of Screws.
9. Ben Folds - Way To Normal.
10. Randy Newman - Harps And Angels.

That's really nice. I wonder if albums released on independent labels get reviewed as wisely. If not, maybe that's why Lindsey's hesitant to jump ship. Right now, the media seems to give his stuff a listen, even if the public doesn't. Michele
