I recently found this video and I just totally love it, because it is ridiculously shippy. What can you guys tell me about this song? How old is it and was it written by Stevie?

Yes, she wrote it and it this version I believe was recorded for TISL. I don't know how old the song is though. Love it!

This song drives me bananas because I feel that it was so well-on-its-way to being such a powerful song..it's like 75% there. The singing, particularly during the chorus and ending is so powerful and melodic, and the instrumentation is terrific too.

I'll get heat for this, I'm sure, but I feel this is the kind of song that a great producer could say to to her (like she'd listen), "Stevie, go home and come back with stronger versus. Tell the story, give us more, be more direct...".

*sigh* It couldda been a contender.

Still, a favorite lost track.

I love this song. Yeah I agree it's "not quite there" but I think it could be with a bit of tinkering, although I still love it is, in it's bootleg version.

The song "My Heart" is on the TISL Safety Copy that I got directly from the WEA Music Company Germany. It was me who circulated the song. The Safety Copy has 16 songs on it, not 13 as it was originally released.

I wouldn't say that so loud, but thank you so very much. What are the other two songs?

The other two songs are Touched by an Angel and Thrown Down (not the SYW version)...will post the cover of the Safety Copy in a few....
