Free/cheap jpg resizers (by pixels) that's Vista compatible?

Anyone know of any free (or cheap) Vista compatible jpg resizers that will let you choose by pixels?

Only ones I can find are by dimensions (and set ones at that, by drop downs instead of letting you enter numbers, the Windows Photo Gallery, Picture Viewer & Quicktime that came with my new tower are like this & searching Google have turned up more or less the same thing).

Thanks in advance for replies. :)

The only one I know of (Not necessarily cheap, though I wouldn't know since I 'swiped' my copy via torrent download) is Nero PhotoSnap, which allows resizing by pixels.

Faststone Photo Resizer works a treat and should do what you're looking for :) (and it's free)

Great! Thanks guys, I'll try these then. :)
