Getting your tickets
Hi all,
I was wondering how you all plan to get your tickets. Thought it would be interesting to see, since getting tickets these days can be such a hassle. It can be hard to find good seats without paying huge amounts of money. Also sometimes we try our luck and buy directly from the venue the day of the show. What will you do? |
I want to be sure to get a great seat to at least one show, so I am going to buy a VIP package to the St. Paul show, then I will wait until the last minute for the Chicago show, and if I can get a good seat there, I'll go to that show too.

AMEX presale on Monday through TM for the DC show.

Did the mac have iloveallaccess seats last tour? Has anyone ever used them? For that much money, I'd want to make sure I get something in the first 5 rows center! Otherwise, I could spend a ton of money on Stubhub or ebay and know exactly where my seat is.
|
I have never had any luck with TicketBastard. I prefer to be in the first 5 rows...and have never gotten those kind of seats on TicketMaster. Let's just say I've always had to "ebay" it, or go thru a broker.

my goal is to go to as many shows as possible, the first 11 or 12 on the tour through Madison Square Garden, so I'll be buying the cheapest seats to each venue, and if one pops up in the front the day of show that I can get at the box office I might do that 1 or 2 times.

i will get the cheap seats for now if i have extra money to a different show will try to go to that show so I do plan on getting a $125 ticket if none are available when I do have the extra cash and there are $175 and $195 tickets will go for that probably more so torward the concert date its just that money is really tight now for me and pretty much most of us i have to put my money torwards other things than a concert ticket i hope to attend at least one show on this tour maybe 2 or 3 if money is available at time of show or near the show date what ever i can get is fine with me i had my fun up front and got to shake hands with stevie and lindsey at a few of the shows so I am good unless a backstage pass comes my way i am on cloud nine then but as long as i get to go to this final tour of fleetwood mac's it would be awesome.:blob2:
probably go thru ticketmaster I have had great luck with ticketmaster so probably wont get a ticket till january some time if there is one available for me i hope there will be cause I dont think they will sell out mohegan sun at the prices they are asking so i am going to say there should be a ticket waiting for me I hope. I have a friend that has a relative that is a high roller and gets comp tickets to all the shows and usually doesnt go to them so she is going to see if she can get me a ticket so they each play and so they would actually get 4 tickets so I am hoping on that too.and the comp tickets for the high rollers are in the front sections usually with in a few first rows of each section. |
I like ticketbrokers, but I have to wait because I am going to buy a single ticket and initially they always sale them in pairs.

We went through iloveallaccess.com I am not sure. I have been reading all kinds of stuff about them. I am kinda worried. I would like to have some knowledge of where I will be. At least I will get to meet Mick. I have asked the question on different forums, but I am not so sure about what I will say to him.
