Yeah...

I could try opening it, removing the frame. But in my un-expertise I'm afraid I'm probably do it damage. The poster isn't dry mounted...but still, you never know what could happen.

I think you could ship it as it is, framed. You'd just have to be careful wrapping it and preparing it for the move.

It's a beautiful poster--and I think a lot of people would bite if you did ship it.

Yeah I may ship it. I can wrap it in cardboard and bubble wrap and it should make it.

If people are begging you to ship, it's a good idea to tell them you will under the condition it is packaged by UPS using their materials.

I just got a destroyed Rumours poster off eBay and it was because the shipper did not package it well. Truly a piece of Mac history that was destroyed because it was sent improperly and the whole thing warped and basically creased and burst out of the frame. I can't bring myself to toss it on the trash heap, but every time I look at it, I think of what it should look like.

UPS doesn't do everything perfectly, but boxing up mementos like these is one thing they do excel in.

MyLittleDemon,
I am certainly interested in this poster. Would you consider shipping to Australia? Email me if this is a possibility.
Regards,
Phil

Phil,

I wish I could. I have taken it off the wall and looked at the framing. I think I can remove the framing, still dont know whether or not I can get the poster out of the frame without destroying it. I'm sort of limited here...because I can't get it out of my house either. It was brought to my apt on a truck (which I dont own)...so yeeeeeeeah...

Hi again,
I tried emailing you the other day but it was returned to me as being undeliverable. Is the poster still available?
Phil
