Fleetwood Mac Faceoff: Round 2

We had to go into a tie breaker with Sugar Daddy, and Warm Ways. They tied in the tiebreaker, so they are both leaving us on the first round. :sorry: It couldn't have been any closer!

Vote for your LEAST favorite song from this album. I'll start a new poll within 24 hours with the next round. At the end we will have a winner, and move on to the next album. This is just for the rumours like up (hence being in the rumours section) so we will only be doing albums with all 5 members present (mick, john, christine, stevie lindsey) I'm not sure if we should do live albums yet (Fleetwood Mac Live, The Dance) or keep it with just studio albums. But we'll cross that bridge when we get there. If you have any suggestions, feel free to PM me.

So for now - vote for your least favorite song from the Fleetwood Mac White Album.

I voted for Blue Letter - it's a cool tune but one of my least favs, and Lindsey didn't write it.

On that note, does anyone know why a song Lindsey didn't write was used on the album?

I vote for Blue Letter. I like it better than other songs, but I'd prefer to get rid of one they didn't write first. Michele

Never been a fan of the recorded ISA. Sad to see to Chris songs leave last round.

Two going at one time is a lot to handle. Michele

1. Warm Ways is a fabulous gem from CM.

2. I just cannot get over Mick on the live World Turning  So, it's gotta go!

I can't believe so many people like Monday Morning more than Blue Letter and ISA.

I can't believe so many people are voting off ISA. I love that version...not my fave, but I do love it. Such a dark song for that "sunny" album.

aleuzzi 09-23-2008 09:46 PM

Well, I guess it's safest to vote off ISA.

World Turning must stay! That and Sugar Daddy are the great blues moments on the album! I'm going to whine about SD voting off as one of the tragedies of the western world. There.

Very hard. But I'm voting for ISA, yes it's a great song but the live version is so much better that I almost never listen to the album one except when I listen to the whole album. It's only good songs left and one song gotta go.

I like the different tempos of the studio ISA and the live versions. I like having both.

Michele

I can't wait for World Turning to go, but it doesn't look like it will be any time soon!
