WONDERFUL TONIGHT - Pattie Boyd

I got this book as a Christmas present to myself. (I also bought me CLAPTON's biography, Stephen Colbert's I AM AMERICA AND SO SO CAN YOU amongst others.)

Anyhow I finally got around to reading this book. I am only on p. 50 and am a slow reader. (I read the old way, word-by-word....none of this Evelyn Woodhead Spedreding in my past - Cheech & Chong reference - ...)

Anyhow, I am enjoying Wonderful Tonight. It is as if she is talking to me and she does jump from topic to topic when I least expect it, but...I like it.

Has anyone else read it?
(Or is anyone willing to read it with me so that I can discuss it?)

Hey - Goldie!

Are you going to the Denver/Lindsey concert? Maybe we can chat in the aisle and I will be on a page further than 51!

Slow reading is a great way to read about "slow hand". ;)

What does she tell about her sister Jenny and Mick Fleetwood? or Fleetwood Mac?

I just finished Eric's; going to be starting "Nell's" tonight. I'm interested to read "the other side" of the story regarding her years with Eric, to compare the difference or similarities of perception of the same events. Plus, I'm interested to read about her years with George, too.

Speaking of, has anyone seen the Fashion supplement to this month's Vanity Fair? There are some photos of Dhani Harrison and, I'm assuming, his lady...it's just eerier than one could imagine how much he looks like his dad, and his lady looking extremely much like Pattie circa 1967-69. There's even a quote from George talking to Dhani: "These days you look more like George Harrison than I do". Typical George humor.

Not much. I don't recall any new info.

Man, you read fast! I thought you just started Clapton.

What is Nell's that you are referring to?
