Whos going? And whos been to newmark theater? I scored some tickets in the 2 row pit section that is actually in front of the first row.the lady at the portland office says the pit is being opened and your pretty much crawling on the stage.There is still some left.

I am debating about going. I was there when Lindsey was on tour for Under the Skin. From what I remember it is like what you describe, but I had 7th row then so I was not up front. I liked it alot more than the theatre in Seattle. Much nicer.

The Newmark is quite nice- the Moore is a dumpy rock n' roll theater, if you're into that kind of thing, but the Newmark is a great place to see a show.
