Photo Request (Seriously!)
 

I'm looking for a series of photographs taken of Stevie and Jimmy Iovine in the studio sometime (I think) during early 1983. They're at a piano or mixing board, with Jimmy on the left and Stevie on the right. I think the photos were posted a couple months ago here but I must have missed them. Can someone repost them for me, please?

I actually have a photo request as well. [sorry for jacking your thread SortaSavageLike!]

In the TuskDoc, Stevie is wearing this beautiful cream colored dress while she sings 'Angel' and she still has it on during "SOTM', but she has a black cloak over it. [it may not be the tusk doc, but I'm like 99% sure it is...Lindsey puts his arm around Stevie during Angel....thats the one]. but anyways, I think that dress is absolutely gorgeous, and its not as elaborate as a lot of her other ones.

I would like to get a picture of it, so I can show it to my mom, and so we can get a tailor or dressmaker to recreate it for me for Prom next year [or the year after....]. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Even screencaps would help, but I really don't know how to do those :/

Even as a dress (instead of blouse and skirt) I think your mother's dressmaker will be able to put this together easy, as it was a pretty classic look of the late 70's and early 80's (spaghetti straps, they called them..)
I think it's a very delicate look, and cream is such a nice color. That will be a great prom look and you'll be sooooo different from the other girls there. Tell me you're going to wear the scarf just the same way too, that would complete the look totally.
For shoes, I think if you aren't going to do the platforms (you'll probably not wear plats for your prom, right?) then some very delicate strappy sandal with a pencil thin heal.

These are Calvin Klein's from last summer. Something along these lines would like nice with that dress, and you could find something identical at any shoestore with any budget. Oh, and tell your date to get you something Stevie inspired for flowers. How about lilies? Or, lilies of the valley? All the other girls will have sweetheart roses, you'll be so different!

The skirt is simplicity itself to make, I've done a few myself :)
Good luck with the dress! So many prom / debs dresses are all the same, it's really cool to go out and do something different.
I did plan on doing that, copying a Stevie design and having my own made up for me, but then I spotted this fantastic red number in my friend's shop and, well, that was the end of that!

So were those the ones you were talking about Savage?
