The new Law School/Law Professionals Thread
 
Hey guys,

I know a while back there was a thread about lawyers and what not. Im a Spring-starting 1L and Im taking the usual batch of Legal Writing I, Torts I, Property I, Criminal Law, and Contracts 1...Just getting a little anxious with finals on the horizon..

Any advice?:wavey:

  1. Study Latin.
  2. Read Hayek's "The Road to Serfdom."
  3. Read Bastiat's "The Law" (free at http://land.netonecom.net/tlp/ref/the-law1.shtml).
  4. Have a good time.

1. Ignore David - he's clean and keeps a good house though

2. Remember, on most exams (and you get 1 a semester) the more IRAC (issue, rule, analysis, conclusi0n) you performs, the more points you get.

3. don't be afraid - hard to do considering everyone there is smart :eek:
