VH1 Storytellers, 9/18/98
 

Hello fellow Ledgies.

I vividly remember Stevie's VH1 storytellers special and thinking it featured some of her best performances. However, I have never been able to find it on vhs or dvd. Does anyone know where I can either buy it (maybe I'm using the wrong search term on amazon)? Or, if it can't be purchased, does someone have a copy of it for me to download?

hi...well i got my copy from a seller on ebay...i don't believe it's been released legally to the public yet...i could be wrong but i've never seen it anywhere...hope u have good luck getting 1...pat

Isn't this available in some form on the Thrown Down torrent site? I think I remember downloading it from there at one time.

Is that the one where she said she was 18 when John Lennon died, I am sure I heard her wrong.

I think she also said she was in Australia at that time too which I don't think she was.

I have been trying to find this so I can verify but if someone who has it could let me know.

I checked and saw there is 1 seeder. Did you get the torrent ?
I wanted to help seed but Otto had to erase our D-drive which contained all my torrents because some experiment of his with Linux went wrong :mad:
Maybe i better get myself a laptop (or an extra hard drive:lol:)

I tried to download it...I think...No success. I'm kinda' helpless when it comes to such stuff (I'm amazed I can download from yousendit). But I'll go back and try...

I have a copy on DVD, if you want to PM me your address I'd be happy to send you a copy. (I had some trouble with that disc recently but I'll check it out and make sure I can copy it!)

You do need a torrent client like Utorrent , Bittorrent or Azureus.
You can download it for free and install it on your computer. After that you can download all the torrents you like, and there are plenty at Throwndown :]
If you do not know how to do all this, go to the forums at Throwndown, then go to FAQ and you will find an elaborate explanation of all there is to know.
I'm no computer wizz myself, but i'm so happy to be able to do all this downloading because i have found some really nice stuff on the www :nod:

If you cannot copy the disc, i'll gladly make a copy of mine for Aleuzzi if the torrent thing does not work out.

I had this whole show on my laptop. BUT then my laptop **** the bed so now I am starting out fresh w/ a new laptop...I know I have it somewhere around my room. If i can will upload it and put it on here=)
