crying at the show?

i found that comment on YouTube:

"I was at that cleveland show at the Richfeild coliseum, which has since been demolished. I remember the cameras, and I remember Stevie crying, while she read a letter a fan had handed her on stage."

anyone seen/heard about/recall that?
