Food Network Yo!
 

Anyone else spend countless hours watching and/or listening to the Food Network? I've loved their show's since I was little, and would watch David Rosengarten's show every morning before school. I loved how at the end of the show, he would sit down and eat his meal and tell you what wine went best with it.

I have to say though, their newer programs, hurt my everything. For example: I ****ing HATE, and I meant HATE Semi-Homemade with Sandra Lee. She's an alcoholic, can't cook, her "tablescapes" look like Martha Stewart came over and **** on her dining room table, and she's she appears to have a mild case of Down Syndrome.

Although she's awful, I have to say Ina Garten makes up for her. I LOVE Ina Garten, she's an amazing chef and for whatever creepy reason; turns me on.

A few other favorites of mine are of course Alton Brown, Giada Delaurentis, and Sarah Molton, who doesn't show up on the channel very often anymore.


P.S. I also hate Rachael Ray, but who doesn't?

Admit it, you don't watch Giada for the food.

Christine Cushing was kinda cool when she was on. And way hotter than Giada. I like that French chick that looks like Parker Posey... I can't remember her name. Laura Calder?

I like Unwrapped with Mark Sommers. and sometimes I like to watch Iron Chef.

Bobby Flay is probably my favortie cook on the station..

I used to watch Everyday Italian and 30 minute meals, but I just couldnt stand the chefs [Rachael Ray seriously needs some down time, im sick of seeing her advertising for DD, and...shes annoying as fck, and Giada needs a shirt that fits correctly, just because you have boobs honey, doesnt mean you HAVE to show them...]. so I dont wach either of those two any more.

Ham on the Street was interesting...but I never see it.
oh well.

Emeril...I dont know about that one...his recipies seem to intricate for me, plus his honeymustard dressing SUCKS

I can't believe I didn't mention Nigella Lawson! I have a huge crush on her. More than Ina and Giada put together. She is FOINE.

Not as annoying as Paula Deen.

Giada is hot. Her voice is irritating though. The way she says certain words.

^ I'm more annoyed by the fact that her head is way too big for her body. She looks like a stick figure. Her face is pretty (although this month's cover of Redbook is simply terrifying) but I'm too distracted by her huge cranium to notice her face, or her boobs, or...well, anything else about her.

And I love Paula Deen. Anyone who puts a stick of butter in every recipe is my hero. :laugh:
