Kool Menthol's - I think

Yeah, but in the 'Tango' video documentary they showed on HBO in 1987, the band is rehearsing 'Everywhere' I guess at a soundcheck, and Stevie is holding what appears to be a looooooong cigarette. Like, one of those 'Virginia Ultra Light Extra Longs' or some other such. A 'Kool' is a regular sized (ie, king-sized) cigarette. No?

I was shocked when I saw that in 1987 (I had taped it on my vcr) and kept rewinding back to the glimpse of her holding a coffin-nail. I couldn't believe that a singer would risk damage to her voice like that. Well, fast forward to the 21st century and give a listen to the first verse of 'Destiny Rules' and see what smoking (and other vices) can do.

Yeah, that shot is also on the TITN DVD. I love that denim jacket. It reaks of the 80's.

Meow! Hiss!

Just to take the contrarian opinion, I don't think anyone has flamed more fags than Christine McVie! Not even Stevie. Yet, her voice has gotten higher and lovelier over the years.

I happen to love her voice on "Destiny Rules." I think she intentionally delivered it in a low, croaky register... it sets that haunting, creepy tone for the rest of the song. Perfection! The young Stevie could NEVER have been able to pull off that song.

Kool makes long cigarettes. Affectionately referred to as "supa longs" by the people that smoke them.

On ITM her voice was definitely lovely and rich, but I don't think it was higher.

My last.fm is not freaky.

Thanks. I think he's kinda cute, in his own little goaty way. His dental hygiene leaves something to be desired, but I can live with that.

I'm sure she'd love to. If you pay her she'll do anything, and I'm speaking from experience.
