Story is about half way down the blog....I just love that she is doing this, and it is even better that they are so "in awe" with her and the the way she really cares about these brave women and men. I have been a fan since the age of 12, and 40 is staring me in the face, but this is pure class of action on her part, makes me love her even more!

Part of me wishes that Stevie would be more public about these visits. Then again, I already hear people saying that she's doing this "just for attention" or that she's "just looking for a good screw." She already has enough image trouble over some things she might have done 30 years ago. :rolleyes:

The father in law that writes the blog posted the photo they took with stevie. since I work for the dept of defense and support the troops readiness, I emailed him, nice guy, he said stevie was just awesome and he has been a big FM fan for years...
