Leather & Lace

Anyone have any live/demos/alternate takes of Leather & Lace? Definitely one of my favorite songs. I can't remember where I came across them, but here are the ones that I have...

this one sounds a lot like the original, with the drums a little more clear and maybe slightly less produced...

Off the top of my head, I know I have an old one from the Seventies & the one with Sharon on lead. Unfortunately I'm unable to upload them, but I'm sure there are posters with these versions and others. Sorry I'm not more help.

I have some demos with Sharon on vocals as well as some early 'working versions' with Tom Petty. I will post them later on.

Oops! I meant Don Henley! Too much time in the sun today!!

I really like Don Henley but just imagine if she had or would sing this song with Lindsey :D

It would have been sooooo wrong. Homegirl knew what she was doing when she got Don to sing.

I've listened to the song a million times but it wasn't until a couple of days ago that I noticed during Don Henley's lines, someone is doing a little background vocal going OOOOooooohh. Such a nice touch when you actually listen to it.
