Ann Wilson - Hope and Glory
 

Hey...Ann's first solo record, Hope and Glory, is slated to be released on 9-11....how exciting ~ Nancy released a solo record back in the 90s...now it's Ann's turn. I just found out that Ann collaborated with Elton, Shawn Colvin, Nancy (of course :D ) and other well known artists......

I CAN'T WAIT! If anyone's interested they can pre-order the CD......has anyone seen them on their tour yet this summer?

There was a thread about this awhile back. I'm excited about the release. Ann is one of the most kickass vocalists of our time. I've seen Heart perform many times over the years (Heart was my first concert in 1978) and Ann blows me away each time. Can't wait for Hope and Glory!

I'm more or a less a My SPace idiot, so I'm not that great at navigating the site, however, I stumbled accross her photo section....she looks great....as usual. Hey, I'm sure this is a stupid question, but you know how it says that Ann's last log in was 8/5/07? Do these artists really log in themselves, or is it someone else doing it on their behalf?

someone mentioned Nancy's solo work... Her "Live at McCabes Guitar Shop" is fantastic if you can find it! (I think its out of print...I got it on half.com a few years ago) its just her and a guitar and its just a great listen.


so, is Ann's album just a cover album or is there some new stuff??
