New Member Activations

I am wondering why there has been such a backlog of member activations. I can easily think of a dozen people who claim to have registered at The Ledge within the past 6 months only to never have their memberships activated. Is there something that these people need to do to get the process finished?

Is there a simple answer to this?

I believe everything is going to be on hold/in limbo for a while -- until someone (hopefully) buys the Penguin.

Understandably, Marty and Lis no longer have time to invest in a site this mammoth.

Well, that's understandable. Though a growing membership would, in my opinion, make the site even more desirable. :cool:

It's also possible that anyone buying The Penguin would do away with The Ledge, if they are in any way related to the band.

Well, I'm VERY excited to be one of the new members that were in the "Activation/Approval" line, and now, as of this morning, was "approved" and onto our Ledge! Hello everyone, and nice to meet you all!
