The Ledge/Message Board Layout Designs

I was just wondering some things, and I thought maybe you guys might know the answer. How is a message board designed? Where do the designs come from? I was just curious. Hope all is well with everyone.

Much Love,
Ethan

So the design that you choose has to be that one? You could change it up, per say, give the Ledge a new look?

what is the charge to make a website or message board?

depends. there are free ones out there but if you want to use the vbulletin software so it'll look like the ledge it costs quite a bit. google will answer all your questions ...
