The long note at the end gave me chills. It's amazing that she can still sing that song like that 20 some odd years later.

Gotta say, after all these years she still has it. She is amazing. :nod:

She can still bring a tear to my eye after all this time~ She is so passionate during this song ~ it's hauntingly beautiful~ and so is she. She looks sooo pretty in that long velvet cape/ coat and her hair up. I love her! I think part of me loves her more today even though she's older and not the crazy all over the place young Stevie~ She is more valuable and priceless today and so was that performance! Can NOT wait to see her in June~

Vegas 2005, May 10th was the best performance, hands down. I have seen quite a few BATB's in the last couple of years and nothing has even come close to this version. This 2007 version is good but not great, like Vegas. I still get chills thinking about it. ;)

When in June are you seeing her? I can't wait to see her either.:nod:

I'm going to see her on 6/26/07 in Verona, NY which is right East of Syracuse. Its at the Turning Stone Casino~ just went up there yesterday to pick up my ticks and see the venue. The venue was locked up for that day so I couldn't see it but I know its small, only like 5,000! For some reason I think she's just playing by herself/ no opening act is listed! If it starts at 8:00pm with no opener maybe she'll play longer than she normally does! It seems weird to leave a concert by like 9: 30! I don't know, it'd be great if she did sing more! I've never been to a concert where there was no opening act!

I see you have the B&B from Vegas here but for some reason its not loading on my computer~ so I can't see it! :distress: Maybe I'll try on youtube if its there. I believe you though that it's probably better! Its funny in the past like in the 80's and 90's I used to dread the slow songs live. Now that I'm older and so is Stevie, I'm looking forward to hearing her play this! I think she does it so beautifully and she looks stunning up there singing it ~ like its part of an opera or something~ not that Stevie's voice is anywhere similar to an opera singer's~ nor would I want it to be!!! LOL!! But you know what I mean!
