Stand Back + Red Corvette
 

I have heard Stevie allude to Stand Back coming from hearing Prince's Red Corvette...she heard the song on the radio....and...that she immediately started singing Stand Back as he's singing R.C.

(I think that it was in Story Tellers - she said that a person has to know when exactly to start singing Stand Back in Red Corvette to make it sound right and blend.)

Has anyone ever tried to do this? I bought a Prince CD to try it, but never got around to it.

never tried that but then i'm not wired that way. stevie probably heard songs in her head but prince's must have whacked her hard to get stand back out of it. a gift i guess :shrug:
