Hmm, that's 12th row. Not close enough for me.

GarboSpeaks! 05-03-2007 03:48 PM

That is so random, cause last night, I found the same seat! I passed as well, but that is a really good seat, and just goes to show, that sometimes waiting to buy later vs. day of sale pays off. ;)

good for you Ryan.

I'm afraid I might miss this tour altogether so I'll have to live through you guys.

I think it always pays off to wait. I'm sure even better ones will pop in the next couple weeks. But this one is good enough for me.

NO, I totally agree, and later after I had posted that, I thought my comment may have sounded snotty, which I hadn't intended. Just this go-round, I am so not having it...the potential same ol, same ol...BUT, I am just as eager to see her, so it's a no win for me. Plus I'll be in So. Cal potentially attending multiple shows, so if I get something good here, great, if not, I'll lawn it. That'll suck, but hey..it's someone elses turn to be front. Plus I have more than one try right??? Right??? haha.

It has always paid off for me to wait. Sometimes good seats drop a month before the show, sometimes a week, sometimes a few days. Other times I have walked up to the Box Office the night of and upgraded to the first three rows....you can never tell, but it usually pays to wait it out. (not that I mind all the peeps who panic and buy during presale and first onsale..just makes it easier for me to buy at the end...:o )

:p

I didn't take it as snotty at all. And I have the same issues around same ol, same ol. But I realized I can't miss an opening night.

Expect it to be nearly a full house, too, since it's her only Bay Area appearance. Fans from half the state will be at this show!

Ah! I would be so frustrated is front row popped up! b/c I went through the ticketmaster auctions!

Rickypt 05-10-2007 12:00 PM

I am a king sized **** up.

Somehow I did not wind up with the pit ticket in the end and I am in Sec 103, Row D. I want to blame TM, but I guess somehow I gave up the pit ticket and bought this one without paying attention.

:( :(

Maybe Stevie will pull you up onstage..throw you into a chair and sing Silver Springs to you....:p

NoSpeedLimit 05-10-2007 05:35 PM

Ah that sucks! I accidently bought the wrong ticket once. Try to sell it and see if anything else pops up. If all else fails try to sell it when you get the the show.

You never know. She did say it's a whole new setlist! :D

I really think TM screwed up. I remember pulling up a few different seats, but they were all in Sec. 2, row LL. I never saw Sec. 103. I really don't know how this happened. I'm sure if I call TM and have a conversation with them, they will gladly upgrade my seat to first or second row for the trouble?
