What happened to Soboba Pre-Sale?

Anyone know what happened with the scheduled Soboba Casino presale scheduled for 10:00 a.m. PST today?

I called the Casino and they said I had to call TM. I'm on hold with them right now. In the meantime, can anyone out there tell me what's up.
