May 28th Red Rocks!

I am so going again!

Hope you have fun - Sometimes I wished I lived in Morrison, CO just to be close to Red Rocks.

I have to say it seems a bit odd to have a show on Memorial Day.

I'll be there too. So excited! Were you there for the Gold Dust tour, too?

I climbed that hill/moutain/rock, whatever you want to call it, once for Stevie.....I don't think I'll do it again.

Oh, Curtis, it isn't that bad. :p The trick is to have a drink in hand so you don't notice the climb.

Back in the 80,s...so my friends who are older than me say...there was a gate at the bottom of that hill. All of the seats in the amphitheatre were true general admission - no assigned seat numbers at all. So, you would buy tickets, wait at the gate, and when the gates were opened, it was a mad dash to the top. First come first serve. Imagine sprinting up that hill to get front row.

WOW... Somebody that remembers the good old days!!!! Actually it was first 30 rows and the the last 10-15 rows that were GA. The middle section was reserved so you had an option... I was there when Stevie recorded the concert, as well as the time before that. I was there for the Gold Dust tour as well, but I live Chicago now... And it's on Memorial Day???
