man, I LOVE this job. a guy came in today with his lower left gold crown displaced. he swallowed it 4 days ago, waited for it to pass, dug through his poop and brought it in :laugh: so we sterilized it...and placed it back in his mouth :laugh:

he's actually a normal guy, he just didn't want to have to pay $1,000 to have a new crown :laugh:

his friends at work were calling him gold digger :laugh: and as soon as we recemented it, he was like..."hmm..this tastes like ****" :lol: I swear I've been laughing all damn day long..hehehe

anyway-my question is-would you dig through your **** for a crown that you KNEW was going back in your mouth(sterile of course)....to save a thousand bucks??

I had it sitting on his tooth (not cemented) and I sat him up to take an x-ray. I told him not to move his tongue around too much or it will come out.

he said "what do you want me to do if it comes out?"

I said.."don't swallow it" :laugh:
